The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product was damaged during shipping or the wrong product was sent.
